Linux installation instructions

The Linux version of Twextter is supplied as a simple GZip archive.
To run it, download the .gz file to a folder, open up terminal *in that folder* and type the following:

tar -zvxf twextter-build-0.2.31-linux.tar.gz
chmod +x Twextter
./Twextter
